Today we are introducing TRI-ALLIANCE.AI — the public institutional platform for the Tri-Alliance Governance Framework established by Global Integrated Care International.
The Tri-Alliance is designed to support responsible, useful and accountable Artificial Intelligence within defined governance boundaries, bringing together governance, technology and participating contributors according to defined roles and responsibilities.

A central principle is simple: AI capability is not AI authority. The ability of an AI system to generate, reason or act does not, by itself, determine what it is authorized to do or who remains accountable for consequential decisions and actions.
Global Integrated Care International remains a commercially independent organisation. The Tri-Alliance Governance Framework provides governance principles, evaluation approaches and safeguards, while commercial deployment and service activities remain the responsibility of Global Integrated Care International and other applicable service providers according to their defined roles.
TRI-ALLIANCE.AI also presents Heather and Mary — governance-mediated conversational assistants demonstrating how useful human-facing AI can operate within defined roles, boundaries and safeguards.
